PRODUCTS DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, AND INSTALLED TO LAST FOR DECADES
3D EAU designs, custom-manufactures, delivers, and installs rugged stainless steel equipment for wastewater treatment systems: fewer overflows, fewer deposits, and reliable monitoring.
A 4-step methodology
Engineering Firms
Our engineers design each structure based on the objectives, the site’s geometry, and your operational constraints.
Workshop in France
Each piece of equipment is custom-made from stainless steel by our metalworker in our workshop in Lyon, under quality control.
On-site, ready to install
The products are delivered either directly to the site or to our partners to be integrated into a prefabricated room.
Setup
Our teams install each piece of equipment themselves: either in the existing structure or in a specially created civil engineering recess.
Following the acquisition of HYDRASS, we now have 30 years of experience in developing products for networks, further strengthening our own expertise in hydraulics.
Controlling deposits in the network

Sediment trap
It traps and stores coarse sediment while allowing most of the lighter organic matter to pass through. The structure has a smaller footprint than a conventional sand trap, making it easier for staff to perform maintenance.

Flush valve
It acts as a water reservoir upstream of the sedimentation zone and then releases the water suddenly: the high flow rate and velocity cause the deposited sand to be resuspended.
Network storage to increase buffer capacity

Deomatic Tilting Fuse Gate
Installed between a discharge point and the natural environment, the tilting gate stores effluent upstream of the system. Its threshold, set slightly above the dry-weather peak flow, prevents any operation outside of rainfall events. Once the water level exceeds a certain height, the valve tilts, allowing the excess water to flow into the natural environment, while a check valve protects it from downstream backflow.

Self regulating flow control gate
Installed downstream of a combined sewer, this autonomous hydrodynamic valve allows wastewater to flow through a bottom outlet during dry weather and stores runoff upstream. Once a reference flow rate is exceeded, it opens gradually to regulate the flow, then opens fully during heavy rainfall to restore the system’s full discharge capacity and prevent overflows.
Retain the floating debris before the discharge point

Floating Trap
It traps floating waste upstream of a discharge point, reducing the amount of waste reaching the outlets of your sewer system.
